Marvel's Avengers Out Now
/Marvel’s Avengers, the latest game from Crystal Dynamics and Eidos-Montreal is out now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia. The game will also be providing a free next-gen upgrade when the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X releases later this year.
Marvel’s Avengers is an epic, third-person, action-adventure game that combines an original, cinematic story with single-player and co-operative gameplay*. Assemble into a team of up to four players online, master extraordinary abilities, customize a growing roster of Heroes, and defend the Earth from escalating threats.
Eidos-Montreal last worked on 2018’s Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and before that the Deus Ex franchise. We’ve been discussing the game on our podcast, including our thoughts on the final game. Avenger’s released without its fair share of controversy though, having console-exclusive characters, cosmetics, and battle passes for each hero has rubbed many gamers the wrong way.
